Returns Policy
At Ellybell, every item is carefully handmade with love and attention to detail. Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
If your item arrives faulty or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the fault, and clear photos so we can assess the issue.
If the item is confirmed to be faulty, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.
Please note that slight variations in colour, pattern placement, or finish are a natural part of handmade products and are not considered faults.
