Highly recommend all of Ellybell's products! Our 4yo ASD son, heavily relies on his weighted eye mask whilst sensory seeking as he knows it'll bring him peace and calm.
I myself love the adult mask as it helps me self regulate and brings comfort in relieving my constant migraines.
As an Early Childhood Educator, the 'Spot me Bags' are a great tool in calming young minds whilst allowing them to practice their fine motor skills by exploring items in the bags.
My favourite product however is the keyring! I use mine everyday to help calm my anxiety! It's small enough to hide in my hand and allows me to focus on moving the marble around whilst working on breathing through my emotions!

My 10yr old son was having a lot of trouble sleeping at night. The first night he used an Ellybell weighted eye mask he was asleep within 10mins. He has used the eye mask every night since, and loves it. The security and gentle weight of the eye mask helps to calm and relax him when he is ready to go to sleep. It has made a huge difference. When dealing with Ellybell I never knew her products were going to bring such a realm of peace in my house and among my two girls. Sadly they had to witness a traumatic event involving a dog and since they walk to school some mornings and have dogs barking quite ferociously, the keyrings have been THE BEST device to keep them calm! I have been so impressed with the cute designs to choose from and the many options for anxious kids. I say kids - I really mean adults too! (I secretly use a keyring too, especially in tricky situations at work. Discreet!!)
